At Plantiful Health we do lots of things to help you improve your health through healthy eating.  We are dedicated to improving the health and lives of all people by offering a diverse array of products and services.  

Under the PlantifulBlog tab, you will find the philosophy behind this community, with posts dealing with food, health, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and relationships.  This is a great place to start, to learn what we are all about.  The blog is a free resource and always will be.

There is so much conflicting advice on health and nutrition these days. The mission of Plantiful Health is to simplify the message to one rooted in nutrition science and reflective of the USDA’s Dietary Guidelines for Americans.  But instead of advocating counting calories, carbs, or chemicals, our message is simple: for optimal health, increase the amount of whole plant foods in your diet and decrease all other sources of calories.

Put another way, increase your daily consumption of whole grains, beans, legumes, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.  Decrease your consumption of meat, milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and processed foods such as candy, cakes, cookies, chips, crackers, fast-food, and soda.
